To sum up, we should not forget that productivity ought not to be not only one factor influencing decisions of managers in a company. It is indicated by the fact that focusing only on the aspect of effectiveness may result in damaging of the satisfaction of the employees. That’s the reason why, employee time tracking should be implemented in such way that it would respect the requirements of the people employed in the enterprise and still make them feel like they are human beings, not human resources.
